Meet Our Doctors

Dr. Mazza graduated valedictorian from Nova Southeastern University in 1995. Her education included a 4-month rotation at Bascom Palmer Eye Institute in Miami, FL where she was trained under some of the top ophthalmologists in the country. She then completed a one-year residency in ocular disease at Aran and Holbrook Eye Associates, in Miami, FL.

Dr. Mazza purchased the practice in 2004 and relocated it to the current location in 2014.  As the practice owner, Dr. Mazza strives to invest in and incorporate the newest, cutting-edge equipment to better serve our patients. 

Her special clinic interests include ocular disease and specialty contact lenses, including scleral, hybrids, and lenses for Myopia Control in children. She also specializes in advanced Dry Eye treatments using the latest equipment. 

She is an active member of the Palm Beach County Optometric Association, the Florida Optometric Association, and the American Optometric Association.

In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two sons.

Dr. Hayes graduated from Nova Southeastern University with Honors for outstanding leadership and service. She was born and raised in Wellington, FL, and joined our practice in 2018. She is on the Health and Wellness Committee of the Wellington Chamber of Commerce and is a very active member of the Florida Optometric Association. She was awarded Young Optometrist of the Year by the FOA in 2022.

Dr. Hayes also sat on the Board of the Palm Beach County Optometric Association and served as President from 2023-2024. She is passionate about pediatric eye care and myopia control treatment options for children. Dr. Hayes also specializes in cutting-edge dry eye treatments including manual meibomian gland expression using low level light therapy and thermal-mechanical action technology using the FDA approved device, Tixel i to bring patients immediate relief for their dry eye.

In her free time, she loves spending time with her husband and son, sharing family dinners, and unwinding with a good book or movie.
